Nearly 30 years ago, we came to the Wood River Valley for the mountains and outdoor lifestyle and quickly fell in love with the community. Over the decades, our team has experienced firsthand the natural cycles that shape this area — and the unique challenges they pose for vacation homes in Sun Valley, Ketchum, and Hailey.

From the floods of 1997 to the Castle Rock fire in 2007, "Snowmageddon" Winter of 2016, and the "Ice Dam and Sledgehammer" Spring of 2023, we understand how mountain conditions can impact homes here. Home watch is the scheduled inspection of an unoccupied home while the owner is away. A trained professional walks the property inside and out, checking for issues like water leaks, storm damage, pest intrusion, and HVAC failure — then reports findings directly to you.

How often should my vacation home be checked?

Most insurance companies recommend inspections at least every 7 to 14 days for unoccupied homes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly plans. During Idaho winters, weekly checks are strongly recommended.

What areas do you serve?

How is this different from a house sitter?
